With the Hggers July 2012,

A letter to their travel agent in the U.S.A

Dear Shirley and Ayelet,

We just got home from Israel and want to thank both of you for organizing such a fantastic tour.  We took an Israel Tour the hotels were perfect.  The transfers from the hotel were also a pleasure.  However the most outstanding part of the tour was our tour guide Efraim Katzir who we had the pleasure of spending 6 days with!  We feel so lucky to have had Effi for our guide  - his knowledge about Israel and history seemed endless and his warmth, energy, and enthusiasm were infectious.  Effi was great at keeping us going - and helping us get the most out of the many sites that we were taken to.  I don't think I have ever spent time with someone who could share so much knowledge on so many different subjects.

Thank you for providing us with such an amazing experience!

Sincerely,
Lynn and Michael Hugger

With The Philip Family August 2012

Dear Efraim
We are back home, and wanted to send you our collective thanks for being our guide during our family’s time in Israel.
You gave us an unforgettable week, and it is hard to imagine the holiday without you.
We had not been on a guided tour before, and couldn’t believe how much you enabled us to see in one week.  Despite having lived in Israel for six months many years ago, everything on the tour was new to me (apart from the old city in Acco) until we reached Jerusalem.  We covered a breathtaking number of sites in high temperatures, and you kept us smiling!
It was such a treat to be driven; the bus was very comfortable and the airconditioning invaluable.  Thank you for giving such an interesting commentary as we drove between the sites; we are in awe of your encyclopaedic historical and cultural knowledge.
You did a fantastic job getting the teenagers going in the morning, holding the group together in the crowds, keeping Henry interested and answering his endless questions. He was very happy to meet Guri after a week in adult company, and the detour you took us on that day was fascinating.
We appreciated the blend of ancient sites and modern developments.  Israel is unique and you made both the history and current events come alive.
We had a lovely mix of people on the tour and it felt just the right number.  We were not too crowded on the bus and everyone was so friendly.  I wish I had taken more email addresses (legible ones!).
So thank you once again for your patience with us all, your punctuality and keeping your sense of humour going all week!  We wish you all the best for the future, and hope to meet again one day.  You are always welcome to visit us in Uganda!
